SMOOTH GROUT 20 and SMOOTH GROUT 30 as well as GOPHER GROUT are specially designed for use in sealing water wells. These flexible bentonite grouts not only support the casing but also provide an effective annular seal to prevent migration of any surface contamination from reaching the aquifer. The KWIK-PLUG family of granular and chipped bentonite are screened and sized to plug and seal any type of borehole or annular space. SMOOTH GROUT THERMAL is designed for use in geothermal heat loop installations and can provide a thermal conductivity of up to 1.0 Btu/hr-ft-°F when mixed with the proper amount of silica sand.
